One of the most important considerations when deciding on you exercise equipment is the warranty and service program that is provided.
Healthstream has superior warranty policy that includes:
  • Four years parts and one service. This five year policy is testimony to the Healthstream quality.
  • A national service team that works toward a five day turnaround for service appointments.
  • A national service program that includes repair in your house. Healthstream does not require you to take the time ands money to return the product to the manufacturer.
  • Service technicians that have appropriate electrical qualifications to ensure safety in your home.

Issues

From time to time we will run out of certain parts due to unexpected demand. We order parts from manufacturers on a regular basis but delivery can be delayed due to availability.

If you are unavailable at a nominated appointment time there may be delays due to other appointments.
